Participation
Registration is closed.
- The Congress is absolutely free. There is not any cost to attendees.
- The Congress is multilingual. Official languages are English, Spanish and Portuguese.
- The Congress is done wholly over Internet. That allows participation to be free, so doctors on even the poorest areas of the world can access it needing just Internet.
Attendees
- Attendees must register to be able to access the contents of conferences and forums.
- Each attendee will receive a password that will let them participate during the Congress days (November 15th-30th)
- To be able to access most conferences a PDF reader will be just enough. Conferences with multimedia content will require Adobe Flash plugin.
- After the Congress ends, each attendee will receive an assistance certificate.
Authors
- For each presentation it must be submitted: title, authors, optionally a photo of the authors, abstract and full contents.
- The presentations can be composed of:
- Written document.
- Slides (with or without an audio recording, best WITHOUT effects)
- Audio or video recording
- Any combination of the preceeding.
- Official languages of the Congress are english, spanish and portuguese.
- There is no limits on extension. Conferences should be as short or as long as needed to express the ideas presented.
- Presentations can be submitted on any standard format (Openoffice, Microsoft Office, MP3, AVI, OGG, ...)
- Publication is subjected to scientific committee approbation.
- Abstract must be received by September 1st 2011.
- Full contents must be received by October 1st 2011.
