• The Congress is absolutely free. There is not any cost to attendees.
• The Congress is multilingual. Official languages are English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• The Congress is done wholly over Internet. That allows participation to be free, so doctors on even the poorest areas of the world can access it needing just Internet.

Attendees

• Attendees must register to be able to access the contents of conferences and forums.
• Each attendee will receive a password that will let them participate during the Congress days (November 15th-30th)
• To be able to access most conferences a PDF reader will be just enough. Conferences with multimedia content will require Adobe Flash plugin.
• After the Congress ends, each attendee will receive an assistance certificate.

Authors

• For each presentation it must be submitted: title, authors, optionally a photo of the authors, abstract and full contents.
• The presentations can be composed of:
  • Written document.
  • Slides (with or without an audio recording, best WITHOUT effects)
  • Audio or video recording
  • Any combination of the preceeding.
• Official languages of the Congress are english, spanish and portuguese.
• There is no limits on extension. Conferences should be as short or as long as needed to express the ideas presented.
• Presentations can be submitted on any standard format (Openoffice, Microsoft Office, MP3, AVI, OGG, ...)
• Publication is subjected to scientific committee approbation.

Deadlines:

• Abstract must be received by September 1st 2011.
• Full contents must be received by October 1st 2011.

Intelectual property: submission implies a declaration from the authors that they are the owners of the copyright over the content submitted. Also, it implies a non exclusive license to UNINET to redistribute the work on the Congress context (both during the Congress days and on the proceedings media). Each other right is reserved by the authors.

Forums: during the Congress days, each presentation will have a corresponding forum. The authors must, as far as possible, answer comments and questions that are made that way.
